By using CardPerks, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

What CardPerks is

CardPerks is a benefit tracking tool. We show you information about credit card perks based on publicly available data and what you tell us about your cards. We are not a financial advisor, and nothing on this site constitutes financial advice.

Benefit details, values, and availability are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current issuer offerings. Always verify with your card issuer.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You must be 18 or older to use CardPerks.

Subscriptions

CardPerks offers a free tier (1 card) and a paid Plus tier (unlimited cards). Plus subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of your billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our API
  • Use CardPerks for any unlawful purpose
  • Share false information about your cards

Intellectual property

CardPerks, its branding, and its code are ours. Card issuer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with American Express, Chase, Capital One, or any other card issuer.

Limitation of liability

CardPerks is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed perks, incorrect benefit information, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
